hey, my cd drive for my computer wont close, when i try to close, it just come rite back open, wat should i do
wat happen was a cd had got stuck, and i tried to open it with a knife, but finally i use a pen and put it in the hole and pop it open, is there any way my cd drive can get fix
The proper way to open an optical drive is to use a paper clip and stick it in the little hole on the front. If you used a knife or some other kind of force, it is likely the tray is off track. Without opening the drive, you can try forcing it shut with a little force, sometimes you can knock it back on track. If you break it, the drives are very cheap now, ~$25 for a CDRW.
